Light and dark Chakra?

Does each elemental ninjutsu have a light and dark element to it? Ie we have seen black lightning and black fire, so is there black wind, black water, and black earth?
Also what makes it so one can use these "dark" attacks?

well what usually causes the chakra to turn dark is if the yin or the spiritual and mind of the chakra is filled with pain, hate, suffering or evil intent. when i say filled i mean completely filled.

this is further explained in the naruto shippuden movie 2: bonds.

Yin and Yang chakra haven't been explained thoroughly yet. They probably have something to do with these techniques
