Chapter 10
The next morning Naruto was in the Office doing some paper work he then hears a knock at the door.
Naruto: Enter
Darui: you asked to see me and Karui before we headed off Hokage Sama.
Naruto: yes take this and give this message to your Raikage and once again thank you for your help with the mission. Oh and one last thing I have sent a message to the Raikage saying you should be home in a few days or so.
Karui: Hokage Sama thank you for your hospitality, we will be on our way then and that is okay we are allies now.
After Karui & Darui had left Naruto decided it was about time he headed off to the roof to wait for everyone he had summoned. Not long after Naruto had left the office he arrived on the roof of the Hokage Mansion & a few mins later everyone else had shown up.
Sakura: everyone is here Hokage Sama.
Naruto: thank you Sakura, now I know it has been very busy last couple of weeks since I became the Hokage, so I decided today I would take the time to give everyone their official duties; I have them written down on this piece of paper here.
Naruto then took a deep breath and began to read off the piece of paper.
Naruto: any Jounin wanting to enter in their genin into the Chuunin Exams let me know in two months, well now that is over I better get back to work
Neji please bring Akira to my office in an hour.
Neji: yes Hokage Sama.
Scene Skip
Meanwhile in the Hidden Storm Village.
???: WHERE ARE THE ANBU THAT I SENT OUT TO BRING BACK OUR ROUGE NINJA THEY SHOULD OF BEEN BACK WEEKS AGO!
Souta: we have heard no word my Master, I am going to assume the worst that our Rouge Ninja managed to find help and they managed to defeat the
ANBU. I am also going to guess they will be interrogated; and it will be too late to stop them from finding out about us.
???: we must send the best ninja squad you have to retrieve them and the Rouge Ninja regardless, otherwise all of our hard work will go to waste; Oh and they should not find out to much really if what I did to them before they left works.
Souta: I will see to it Master
???: good do not disappoint me & don’t forget I control this village now the Arashikage is just one of my pawns, you are dismissed.
Souta: yes Master, you over there take this piece of paper & bring the ninja listed on there to me at once.
ANBU Member: yes sir
Souta then left and went to his office. A half an hour later the ANBU Member had done what he was asked.
ANBU Member: I have brought the ninja squad you requested
Souta: thank you, you may leave now.
???: you wanted to see us
Souta: Junichi Shimizu, Fumiko Kojima & Takumi Kojima I have a S-Rank Mission for you retrieve our Rouge Ninja his name is Akira, we sent ANBU after him a few weeks ago and they have not returned either your mission is to bring them all back to the village.
Junichi Shimizu: yes sir you can count on us.
Souta: it will not be easy but you are the best squad in this Village both your clans are well known now go, oh and avoid being seen by any one.
Junichi, Fumiko, Takumi : Understood
They all then left the Office
Takumi we will meet at front of the Village tonight when it is dark
Fumiko, yes well I am off to Prepare you two should do the same

Back in Konoha
Neji: I am here to take the Prisoner to the Hokage
ANBU Member: Understood I will go get him for you.
The ANBU Member then went to get the Prisoner
ANBU Member: Hey you in the cell stand up the Hokage wishes to see you
now.
Akira then smiles and stands up and exits the cell
ANBU Member: here is the prisoner Neji
Neji: Thank you Akira come with me.
Half an hour later Neji and Akira arrived at the Hokage’s & Neji then knocked on the door.
Naruto: enter
Neji: Hokage here is Akira
Naruto: Thank you Neji, now Akira the Raikage has filled me in a little you have left your village for help, we have those Jounin that where after you they are being interrogated right now is there anything else I need to know.
Akira: well my friend is the previously selected Arashikage & I believe he is being controlled a couple months back things were going well, until that one fate full night we were attacked, the Arashikage managed to save the village but not long after that he started acting strange I believe someone is controlling him; I don’t know how this person got in but never mind that now just before I left I stumbled across these documents. (Akira then pulls a few bits of parchment out of his pocket) I managed to get away with them I never got to read them but I don’t mind. Our village has lived in peace for ages now, & I reckon it is about time we came out of the shadows; I think the unknown person wants to take over our village & I have no idea why though don’t take my word for it read the parchment.
Naruto: Akira thank you I will read this & we will see what we can get from these Jounin and I will see what we can do about this I hope we can help your village, I will talk with the other Kages Neji please take him back to his cell; I hope you understand Akira I have to protect my Village.
Akira: I understand perfectly don’t worry.
Neji: okay let’s go Akira
Neji and Akira then left the office.

Meanwhile in the Sand Village Garra was in his office he then heard a sudden knock on the door.
Garra: Enter
Kankuro: Kazekage Sama here is the list of all the Genin that have been selected for the Chuunin exams, I have recommended your son my nephew/student he is doing really well; my son is also doing well & has also been recommended.
Garra: thank you Kunkuro I would really like to see all these Genin & there Jounin tomorrow first thing oh and the new Jinchuriki has been selected I am against this but, we can’t leave the Shukaku like that for too much longer the seal won’t last much longer after all I want you to seal it into this child but, I want to see her first this is who it will be bring her to me after I have seen the Genin.
Kankuro: yes Kazekage Sama, & is this really the only way to protect our village.
Garra: trust me I wish there was another way I really don’t want to make another Jinchuriki it is the last thing I want to do I have held it off as long as possible.
Kankuro: Understood
Garra: oh and Kunkuro can you send this to Temari please oh and how is your son going.
Kankuro: I will send it off right now & my son is doing well he is training with your son they are both preparing for the Chuunin Exams, right now any way I will see you tomorrow.
(Kunkuro has been married for a quite a few years now he has two sons & one daughter and he has another on the way)
Garra: yes I will see you tomorrow at nine o’clock sharp.
Kankuro: yes Kazekage Sama
After Kunkuro left & Matsuri entered
Matsuri: I am guessing you just told Kunkuro the bad news
Garra: yeah I am not looking forward to that tomorrow.
Matsuri: it is understandable that you would not want to put someone
through what you went through, now let’s go out for dinner, and not talk about it till tomorrow.
Garra: good idea I will be right with you Matsuri.
Once Garra had finished what he was doing he & Matsuri left to go have tea
The next day
Garra was in his office doing some paper work and there was a knock on the door it was Kankuro and all the Genin & the Jounin teachers.
Kankuro: Kazekage Sama I have done what you requested
Garra: thank you Kankuro now I want you all to hear what I have to say, I was a Genin like all of you once you are, the next generation & one day one of you may become Kazekage one day just do your best. Now for the Jounin I know you will push & push your students don’t forget what these Chuunin exams are really about now you are all dismissed except for you Kankuro, Hikaru & Hotaru.
Hikaru: Kunkuro sensei what’s going on?
Kankuro: well I will let the Kazekage explain that.
Garra: Hikaru what I am about to say may scare you, now everyone in this
Village knows about the Shukaku right.
Hikaru: yes dad did tell us a story about it once.
Garra: well you are to be the next host don’t worry it was not a decision made lightly, and no one in this village will be told I have made strict conditions, now you and your sister will follow Kunkuro & I. Your parents did not want this but they know it is for the good of the village and you are welcome to talk to me any time do not exclude yourself from anything you are a Sand Shinobi.
Hikaru was hesitant but she did want to protect her village and understood what she must do.
Hikaru: let’s go Hotaru
Hotaru: aren’t you scared sis
Hikaru: of course I am but I have you the Kazekage & Kankuro sensei with me and I am ready for this responsibility even though I know it won’t be an easy burden to bare alone.
Garra: as long as she has friends and family she should be fine Hotaru
Kankuro: the Kazekage is right.
Not long after Garra, Kankuro, Hotaru & Hikaru had left the office they saw the ANBU that where going to help along with, Matsuri they all then headed into a dim lit room, there was also a table in there.
Garra: Hikaru please lie down on the table
Hikaru was once again acted a little hesitant she looked at Hotaru
Hotaru: you can do it sis this is for the good of the village.
Hikaru: yes Kazekage Sama, thank you sister I know what I must do now.
Hikaru then went to lie on the table she was then followed by Kunkuro all preparations where then made, & then Kunkuro then started to perform the sealing technique as this was going on Garra had tears running down his face Matsuri walked up to him.
Matsuri: you have to be strong she will be loved she will never be alone don’t you worry my dear.
Garra: your are right it will be different for her
An hour later it was all over
Garra: don’t forget know one is to know about this everyone is sworn to secrecy.
Everyone: (In unison) Understood Kazekage Sama
Everyone then left the dim lit room.
Garra: Kunkuro I wrote this letter last night can you please send this to the
Hokage please, oh & you will be going to Konoha with your four Genin next week to help organise the Chuunin Exams.
Kankuro: yes Kazekage Sama.
