As we know the shinju was already there before kaguya just the fruit came during her time.
So who do you think came 1,000 years before her. I'm sure somebody seen a tree the size Empire State times 5.
And besides do you think the original shinju was around konaha.

Kaguya was the first to eat the fruit, and why would it be around Konoha?

No one says the fruit that came during her time was the first one. She was the first one to EAT the fruit and there's nothing that says the tree was near Konoha.

Who came thousands of years before her were the same old people that came after her: Simple humans wanting to change the world. However, Kaguya was that one of a kind woman who decided to do something drastic about it.

She was the first to eat the fruit, not the first to witness it. And no, I'm pretty sure that the tree was nowhere near Konoha.

what uchihalightening said, there is no indication of a pre-historic form of life outside that of the time of Kaguya of relative importance.

And dude think about what you're saying. We're talking aboit the Shinju, the God Tree! It'll take about 20 konohas to fully scale its preimeter!
