I have this idea that the daikokuten dimension is based on the aspect of thought that predates the universe. The unconscious that exists beyond time and space. It's just so happens that Naruto and Hinata embody the yin and yang concepts that symbolizes the origin of the universe. In theory there should be a resonance between them just like Boruto and Kawaki , Naruto and Sasuke. If the daikokuten dimension is based on the concept of unconscious thought before the universe existed, Naruto and Hinata represent the masculine and feminine energies that birthed the cosmos. As they undergo this process that gives them an intimate connection with the origin of all things they also learn the origin of chakra.
