I have a small question for readers concerning the 2nd Round.

I always thought that you had to pay half the money you gained from the first round if you want to ditch the game. But here it says that he needs 100million to drop out:
Why would he need 100million to drop out? I thought it was either half or all of your money (if you fail to meet as the destination). I remember something about Nao might needing to pay 100million but that was because she "won 100 million" in the first place.
Dunno how many people read this manga but a nice answer would be appreciated
