Just curious, but what qualities does Sakura have that would make her an apt Hokage? She's yet to show any leadership skills or ability to command respect or inspire others.

Only the K11 and a few random shinobi were around. Sakura's voice can't reach an entire battlefield especially mid-fight and at that point the Juubi was revving up a Bijuu Dama and Bee was countering; I doubt she can drown out that noise. And, at any rate, it went completely unnoticed for the most part. Even Choji was nuthugging Shikamaru after Sakura said that stuff, which was a **** move lol.
Look how spread the entire alliance is and why Ino had to be used to connect everybody to tell them the plan in the first place.

He's a genius, ace tactician, and Temari, a Kage assistant, says he'd make a great Kage. I think it holds some merit.

Truthfully only people who can be Hokage in Naruto's generation is Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura or Shikamaru

I wouldn't be upset. She deserves it. She's strong, she's smart, she's compassionate, she'll know how to keep the kids in line if they ever try to disrespect her, and I think she could be a good leader especially after some more years of experience.
