How do you think Uryuu in his Letz Stil form matched up to Kurosaki-kun before the timeskip? Here's my analysis:-
vs shikai Ichigo
Ichigo gets annihilated so quickly and so bad that it won't even be funny! White getsuga can't save him, Uryuu wins in seconds..
vs bankai Ichigo
Ichigos speed may allow him to hang on to dear life for a little while but still he's no match, black getsuga won't hit Uryuu , plus it's not strong enough to block that deadly arrow, Uryuu wins this without struggling..
vs masked Ichigo This is when things get interesting. In my opinion, I doubt Ichigos masked black getsuga can one-shot a captain and his bankai, i.e deadly arrow>>>hollowfied getsuga leaving Ichigo in a tight spot, both their speeds are ridiculously high in those forms so Ichigo won't have his usual advantage, so I'm leaning towards Uryuu winning mid-difficulty.
vs full-vasto-lorde Ichigo
That cero, that big red uber badass cero is too deadly!, plus he was so fast that 2nd resurrection Ulquiorra couldn't keep up at all, Uryuu would lose in a minor scuffle
Transcendent Ichigo is well...
