1. A few chapters ago? These recent chapters Naruto has shown incredible intelligence with chakra arms and senjutsu while Sasuke just drools into a corner.

2. So does Kakashi's MS. Hell, he died from it. However, Kyuubi's chakra shits on any exhaustion since it rejuvenates the body.

1) Senjutsu and chakra control equates to power not intelligence. Sasuke doesn't know very much about Sage Mode because he's barely come across it until now. If it weren't for Gamakichi, Naruto wouldn't have a clue about the Senjutsu weakness.

2) And whilst he waits for his body to recover, what will happen?

1. I was talking about how he used chakra arms to connect himself to Minato. He also did it again when he fistbumped Minato and saved the whole alliance.

2. His body won't need to recover due to Kurama's chakra.
