Can 'Forum Topics Today' and 'Latest Posts' be put back on the top of the site like it used to be so the site can look more active? Also include Chatterbox threads and posts in those tabs, the site is too slow for those to be excluded. You guys might think this is trivial but I really do think it contributes to site activity.

The goal is to turn anime base (xenforo) into a narutobase with vbulletin like features. Basically Naruto base (xenforo).

Some things are being worked on and other things are in planning stage, and we are still collecting ideas from members and looking into which things we want to add and how we will do it, it's all a marathon rather than sprint though. Some things will be implemented fast cause of the ease to do so (existing code or addons), other things that will be custom built takes longer of course.

The currency system is disabled cause it caused many problems so that will take some time to sort out.

This is good, I am glad to hear things are still being worked on. I think checking in with the community on what you are all planning helps and shows there is still movement. The forum has been left stagnant for so long that without seeing things moving or having regular communication from admin side of things, a few are worried the site will just return to the way it was.

I hope both you and Versuvio can update us regularly on progress and possible plans

Is there a way to selectively block a specific thread from being perceived by your 5 senses on the main page and in the "New Posts" section of your profile page?

I actually agree with Kiri here that I think some people are worried that the site will return to its stagnant self. So it is super awesome and nice if there was some updates here and there or some form of communication even if it’s just one post or message here and there

Then a suggestions/request thread of what someone would like to see and why.

The first thread shows what's being worked on for the betterment of the site.

The later might help generate ideas in a cohesive manor without it being drowned out.

they might have to make a new thread every few months and lock the old ones. also they could have a discussion thread about the chanes , thread 1, and a thread that is only for suggestions, thread 2.

for example :

thread 1 - suggestions for animebase September

thread 2 - discussion of the September changes

I am, since 2018, playing and hosting mafia games here, almost always using my phone to do that.
Hosting mafia games on phone it's not really easy but the forum helps with saving the posts and keeping them in the answering box and with the easy use of the tools.
There is something I wish wouldn't happen on phone, each time when I want to use a tool and press to choose it the text box is sliding up and I don't see anymore the tools, so making a post with bigger letters, colours, quotes, spoilers, etc requires alot of patience to go up again and find the tools so it's more time consuming that it should be.

Can this be fixed?

Samsung browser on Samsung S20 and Huawei nova. It happens on big posts

On my S20 two other browsers, Vivaldi and Chrome (who shows to me the full desktop version) acted the same, going up while choosing the answering box tool.

No, was that I didn't manage to replicate the error til now. Probably tried on a too short message before. I will have to look into this further, hopefully a solution can be found cause I understand that's quite annoying.

Seems to be the same issue on Xenforo's official forum. Maybe it can be solved by using a different text editor, but i don't have high hopes.

Only if the member who made that thread or the new post is on your ignore list...
