She is in konoha jail right now and trying to break out.
What further purpose will she have in the series?

Will she go back to Sasuke (who tryed to kill her)?
Tbh, i wouldnt be surprised anymore. For some reason, when sasuke tries
to kill women, they still want him (sakura...).

Sasuke has been told, by kabuto, that she is an Uzumaki.
He has been told that Juugo is from the Juugo clan.
Juugo and Suigetsu have joined Sasuke again.

She has not been made an Uzumaki for nothing i think.
Sasuke has Juugo his flesh on his chest (the part that killer bee blew off) and
has sucked Karin her chakra (yes i mean chakra xd) several times.
Maybe this will give him the senju part that he requires for Rinnegan.

She lacks something though.She should get those hipster glasses like
hipster kitteh, who shuns your bourgeois lifestyle!

What are your thoughts on Karin?

Even tho the Uzumaki is the relative of the Senju. I believe Sasuke would need Hashirama DNA to awaken the Rinnegan, which is something I don't believe he will get. His Ancestor eyes is the Dojutsu I believe he will awaken

Then I will be the only one to actually give an answer.

After what Sasuke did to her, and how she seemed to admire Naruto afterwards., if she gets out, I believe that her allegiance will change from Sasuke to Naruto, if it hasn't already. As per her being useless, I wouldn't consider a sensor ninja that can heal someone just by letting them suck her chakra useless, especially one with the stamina of the Uzumaki clan.

Since we haven't seen her use any sealing jutsu, we can't be sure if she has any skill in it, but on the off chance she can use it, that would also be somewhat useful if they could catch Madara or Obito with it.

I'm not a fan of Karin, but I don't hate her either. I would, however, find it interesting if she played a bigger role in this than she is currently.

probably sasuke goes to konoha with oro now, given that he says it is a place he knows well..

Suigetsu and jugo wander off, get to a fight and makes a hole to the prison where she sits (why wont I be surprised if this happens?)

they bring her along, she feels that sasukes chakra has changed, and wants to go back with him - believing he may become good. they join the battle and she gets surprised by narutos warm chakra as he rapes all the fodder villains and she falls in love. Face the truth, Sasuke will not get rinnegan. Obtaining rinnegan will make sasuke a hypocrite since he's one of the proudest characters in Naruto. He loves being uchiha, so why would he want Senju (dna), who were uchiha rivals help him with getting the rinnegan. I don't think he even wants rinnegan or knows what it is to begin with. I personally believe Sasuke is the antagonist and not the hypocrite of Naruto..
