He's getting there, champa was able to destroy planets with a simple punch and he's the same lvl as beerus, someone goku in SSG was able to hold his own against and that was before he obtained SSGSS. i don't think it's enough to defeat the top tier superman characters, but it's more than enough to solo one punch man with his current CANONICAL feats. (none of that madhouse bullshit)
