Let's stop assuming the "mysterious person" in front of Sasuke will heal him

Everyone keeps assuming the mysterious person in front of Sasuke is going to heal him, but perhaps the mysterious person will take Sasuke to another location and/or to another person(s) to receive healing/power-up/enlightenment, etc.

Thoughts?

Thought of it Kabuto could take Sasuke to Ryuuchidou (not sure if the time frame would allow it though)
Time might be extended there, but taking a quick journey when the situation is this dire seems like a stretch

I doubt that it is Kabuto, since Karin would recognize Kabuto's chakra signature, but she didnt recognize the mysterious figures chakra signature

Kabuto has a bunch of different DNA (which creates chakra) inside him. Not recognizing him isn't that odd. Dude is like a bunch of ppl in one body (chakra wise)
