After a month of preperation, the final stages of the Chuunin Exams have finally come. Sasuke remembers how his previous match with Gaara got cut short — Not including the skirmish in the forest, of course — and was determined to finish this match, with himself being announced the winner. Making his way from the spectator balcony to the entrance down stairs, Sasuke would notice the proctor and his opponent, Ace standing at the arena's center. During the small amount of time he spent walking towards them, he would send a small portion of chakra to his eyes; activating his 1T Sharingan in the process. As the proctor would announce the match was to begin, Sasuke would begin to go on the offensive.

Weaving the tiger hand seal, Sasuke would gather up a sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to use nature transformation to create Doton. Momentarily, he would make the ground under Ace to turn into a flowing river of mud, which causes his opponent to loose his balance and fall over. As soon as Ace would be carried away via mud river, he builds up his fire chakra while simultaneously weaving the ram hand seal. After doing so, Sasuke spews an incredibly fast jet of flames into the river; consequently making its way up to Ace. Upon contact, the makeshift lava would burn him to ash.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Btw, since I posted my bio update recently, I'm considering you're letting me use that. Fire is primary, and Lightning is secondary.
Ace understood the match had begun, as he observed Sasuke's eyes turn crimson red, with a comma like black structure within both of them. He raised his eyebrows, as he always did, and gave a half grin. As soon as Sasuke's eyes changed their pattern, he felt the ground below him changing in texture. Expecting an attack from below, he closed his eyes for a split second, and sent his Doton chakra into the ground below him. Near instantly, a small pillar of earth pushed him diagonally upward with ease. He looked below to see a gushing flow of mud engulfing a small area where he had originally stood.
(Doton No Jutsu) - Earth Release Technique
As he was lifted up, he moved on to his next attack, which he planned immediately. Materializing a blade of wind, he used it to generate a massive, slashing tornado around Sasuke, which would draw him inside and toss him in random directions, while inflicting major cuts to his body. The brutal cuts would surely deal quite a lot of damage, if not kill, if not countered in time.

Once the tornado of slashing winds would be generated, he would stomp his foot on the ground. The winds would meanwhile engulf his opponent, and prevent him from seeing Ace's movement. Due to the impact of the stomp, 3 flaming pillars would be generated. One of them would rise exactly below Sasuke's position, and the other in such a way, that all the pillars would form a triangular formation, as a fiery prison of sorts. This would form a flaming tornado of hellfire, and all that would remain would be Sasuke's ashes, if not countered.

However, the moment his opponent would look down to watch his mud flow past his newly formed pillar, the Uchiha would use this opportunity to strike once more; abomdoning the thought of using his fire technique of course. Weaving the bird hand seal, Sasuke would take advantage of the previously formed mud and proceeds to use shape manipulation to create four condenced earth spikes, which would appear behind Ace and impales him in the forearms and knees; since they are emerging from the mud, there would be no rumbling from the ground.

With his opponent immobilized, Sasuke gathers up his chakra and uses nature manipulation to create Raiton. As he is finished building up his lightning chakra, the Uchiha would emit a large spear of lightning which would quickly travel to Ace's location and pierces him in the heart.
