These Ninja Have Never Been Shown In Battle(Unless If You Count 3rd Kazekage As A Puppet)

I'd like to know more about them and their abilities as well, but I'd at the very least would like to know their names (that includes Trollkage and the 3rd & 4th Raikages).

Honestly though, they will probably be rehashes of previously established characters. All the Raikages probably know Lightning Armor and/or Black Lightning, the 1st Tsuchikage probably has Jinton too, etc. I feel like the 2nd Kazekage may have created Chiyo's 10 puppets.
