It proven otherwise by previous knowledge along with common sense. None of the shinobi have a choice in the matter but to be enhanced. All jutsu are enhanced automatically. For Sasuke's susanoo, which is a manifistation of chakra, would have to become automatically stronger since Sasuke's chakra itself has been enhanced. On top of this, Sasuke would have to consciously blot out the 9 tails enhancement. If he did that, he'd be a freaking idiot! And Sasuke's not an idiot, he doesn't mind borrowed power. The legs are his accomplishment, the power behind his sword isn't.

Yes I have a problem, it isn't valid. Susanoo=manifestation of chakra. Kurama's chakra is bonded to Sasuke. This means that the susanoo used now is a manifestation of Sasuke's chakra mixed with Kurama's. Make no mistake, it is bonded to Kurama's.

The Kurama cloak doesn't follow Hinata's air palm, which is chakra. Face it, Sasuke doesn't mind borrowed power(curse mark), so it's safe to say he's using whatever power from the cloak he can get. Also, sharingan techniques automatically get buffed by Kurama cloaks, that's cannon.
