There is a difference between fighting alone and with others. Sage Mode Naruto couldn't hit Obito without Tobirama's help. It's called Teamwork. I'm sure they could place a strategy involving Jugo........ somewhere.

He's.. Probably there just to somehow transfer Senjutsu chakra over to Sasuke so he can battle with Obito too... I doubt he will do much. He's not a ranged fighter and engaging Obito in close combat would be suicide right now.
