I don't think a person would get banned on a forum except there's proof that he/she ripped the art, at least thats what I know...though I may be wrong.
I'll now point out the wrongs here;

well you filled the base color well...more or less, so its ok, however, the first and most important thing in digital painting is deciding where the light comes from, however, I can't quite figure out where your light comes from, and what they tell ya in art school is the area closest to the light is brightest, and vice versa(never went to art school though:p) put it simply, there is no shade without light, so I assume you didn't shade this lineart/you shaded it poorly, and what angers me the most is that lens flare, its completely inappropriate, don't use lens flare as light source EVER.

-Try searching for tutorial on lighting and such(deviantart has so many, and much more artists willing to help)
-learn how to paint(if you can afford a tablet great!)
-learn how to use tools like; smudge/blur/sharpen, burn/dodge, and so on
-I'd recommend HSB sliders when painting(I use it?O_O(hue saturation brightness))

Remember that every critique is to make you better, and its nothing personal, I just want you to get better, and sorry if I went a little over the top there

Thanks for the tips, i really didnt spend too much time on this to go through every flaw. But i think it looks nice at least.

the lens flare was just an added , and Kurama and Naruto are supposedly at different spots in the room. And yes i used all of those tools you mention, but i never took lessons/tutorials

I was accused of stealing, then the mod banned me without asking proof first.

Anyways, you've improved a lot. Shade the opposite side of the light source so the light source makes sense. Download Topaz Filters, so by the end you can transform the picture to something abnormal.

The Kyuubi's line art should be darker, as how that's Kishimoto likes to portray him.

Also, take a look at this tutorial.

It's pretty good, but it requires SAI.
