Isn't preta path vs. Kamui kind of a contradiction?

I mean kamui "can't be defended against"
Preta path can "absorb any Ninjutsu"

Kamui = Ninjutsu. (Preta path absorbs ninjutsu.)

Preta path = defensive mechanism (kamui can't be defended)

But technically preta should be able to absorb the chakra out of the portal thus rendering it useles.
I will keep saying this until people get it:

Kamui can't be absorbed because its a s/t jutsu-a reality altering jutsu-and can't be defended against unless there is another s/t involved or someone puts something in front of him to redirect his focus.

Preta path absorbs chakra that is outside the body. Kakashi doesn't release chakra when using kamui, and therefore, it can't be absorbed.

Anything that touches Nagato or Madara if its ninjutsu based can be absorbed its in the databook
'...no matter what, the space will distort and draw the target in.'

I agree that this is a slight contradiction on Kishi's part, however, I feel like Kamui is the exception to Preta Path because actual space is being warped. This is why I don't think Fūjutsu Kyūin will work, simply because Kamui would essentially be making a hole in the absorbtion barrier. It's like saying Preta Path could warp an attack which is not next to it; the barrier is no longer there to absorb the chakra at that point because the space has been warped.
Well if it touches a preta path user it would just get absorbed as its ninjutsu at least thats what should happen by theory

Its like two vaccums trying to suck each other in and the one that is everlasting will win which is preta path

Anyway i could be wrong like i said its a contradiction like a unmovable object vs a unstoppable force

He already used it against Naruto's rasenshuriken.

Kamui is not a physical jutsu that has mass that can be absorbed. Preta path can only absorb chakra that is outside of the body. In this situation, Kakashi doesn't release any chakra for him to absorb, but uses it to use a s/t jutsu.
Kakashi uses chakra to make the space collapse into another dimension. Where do you think the chakra used to do this is? It is around the point of collapse, so technically Preta should be able to absorb the chakra at that point and it should stop the jutsu.

If you read what I said, I said absorb the Chakra in kamui. Unless your saying kamui doesn't use chakra?
If its chakra in the jutsu preta could absorb the chakra thus stopping the jutsu.

Anyway, Madara does flowering tree world and kills kakashi. Rinnegan nor ems is needed against punk ass kakashi.

its not a contradiction.

Preta path only absorbs chakra, which is why it can absorb ninjutsu. While kamui is a ninjutsu, it doesn't expend chakra outside of the body, and therefore cannot be absorbed.

Kakashi doesnt expel chakra when he uses it.

A case of unstoppable force vs immoveable(or, in this case, I guess "impenetrable" would be the best word) object?

Make it happen, Kishi. Mind**** us all.

Kakashi uses his mangekyou sharingan to make the s/t jutsu not his chakra.

what if madara has susano up. kakashi would have to gather chakra to kamui something that big. madara wont give kakashi time for this. kakashi would most likely be busy warping madaras ridiculously huge katons. he wouldnt have time to use that on madara.

If it isnt made out of chakra then why does Kakashi get tired using it?

Its stated to be Ninjutsu the actual technique not when it starts in Kakashi eye and it absorbs all ninjutsu but in different ways depending on the technique

It requires chakra to use it, but it's never been stated that the wormhole itself is chakra.

It's a hole in space and time..I'm not sure how that is considered chakra, but I don't really know.
