Its Obito. I asked Kishi the other day on the phone. He said its suppose to be Obito, but now hes not so sure after seeing the large majority of the Naruto community saying Izuna... More than likely because of this he may make Tobi a completely different character than either Obito or Izuna just because the Izuna crowd are going to shit the bed if its Obito..

Thanks alot Everyone screaming Izuna, now it could be anyone.
