Why would a Yonko ally herself with a normal everyday pirate? If they did not offend her in Fishman Island then probably she'd want them as subordinates.
Why would she care about Zou? It's not her territory and her subordinates were not involved, even it were her territory, territorial wars happen among the Yonko all the time.

He may have a point stalker, they ruined her sweets from FI so Sanji makes her new, better ones. That alone seems reason to ally, then they save the land of a high ranking subordinate and then the possibility of her and lola being related.
