Piccolo begins by creating a flow of gushing water appear underneath his opponent, which by manipulation turns into a orb of water, that traps his opponent.
(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Piccolo then performs the handseals, ram-boar-dog-bird-hare, summoning four giant pillars of earth to erupt from the ground, creating a square formation around his opponent. The pillars of earth shoot out bolts of lighting binding him in place while causing severe damage.
Raiton: Shichu Shibari) – Lightning Release: Four-Pillar Bind

As the water starts rising from the ground beneath my feet, I immediately gather my wind chakra into my arms and I then punch my fists down to the ground while releasing the wind chakra and creating an adaptable which then blows me up into the air,
