I think the chakra receivers are stronger than most people believe, If an amaterasu arrow burns anything it touches, then why didn't it just ignite the juubi clones instead of cutting him?

I believe sasuke can control the density of the structures he creates with black flames. He probably compacted the flames into a very fine blade so it wouldn't ignite the clones on contact.
