Let's clear up this Kekkei Genkai business. . .

OK, so, a KG is an advanced bloodline, right? Which means it can be passed down through generations (Uchiha with the Sharingan, Hyuga with the Byakugan, for example.)

But a KG is ALSO the combination of two or more chakra properties to create a unique style (Water+Wind=Ice, like in Haku's case)

So what's the deal here? Dojutsu are definitely considered KG, but the users of them don't necessarily use two chakra properties. Can someone please explain this to me?

Kimimaros kg isn't two chakra types fused... You simply made stuff up... You shouldn't make stuff up.
You don't have to fuse two chakra types together to have a kg

Not everyone can master advanced nature kekkei genkei, the ability has to be in the blood.
That's what all kekkei genkeis have in common.
Anyone can potentially master the five basic natures because they're not blood limited.

KKG can be either bloodline abilities that are passed down in a certain clan like dojutsu powers,or a combination of two elements that result a new unique one like mokuton and ice release.This can also be passed down through blood.
Not all clan members with KKG can obtain theor abilities.They have to be skilled ninjas to do so.And the only one we know to posses a KKG that doesn't belong to a clan is Mei Terumi and for that we can(t be sure because we don't know about her past.

The two-element KKG's are passed down through blood, just like Doujutsu KKG. Only Kekkei Tota (2nd and 3rd Tsuchikage) has been proven to be unrelated to bloodline and potentially taught to an apprentice. KKG loosely refers to clan trait, so it could be a doujutsu, unique jutsu, or duel-element jutsus.

Kekkai genkai is a bloodline limit. Haku's bloodline limit is the combination of both elements combined together (water+Wind=Ice)
Most clans have one special trait after another, everyone of them being different. Uchihas bloodline limit is in their special chakras as well, and the sharingan is one of them. You don't need two chakra properties really for it. In fact, if it makes you feel better. All Uchihas have Yin release+Fire element.

Just know that KGs are bloodline limit that are hereditary within a clan.
