You cannot be this daft. Kaguya/BZ said the same thing about Totsuka Blade, and such was proven FACTUAL, when Orochimaru was:

A. Sealed by Itachi
B. Released by Sasuke

Said to, it simply a humble wording, that later proved itself to be true (regarding the spiritual tools abilities). Literally isn't that hard to read the manga, and see what's in front of you.

Through progression of the manga.. Feats, portrayal and new information provides us with debunking hype. Yata was proclaimed by Kaguya to make itachi invincible. Even Kabuto stated he had the tools to end war. Yata was never disproven
