If Naruto can even use that avatar anymore, we haven't shown it actually being faster or more powerful in any way to the previous form, only it being the combination of three split chakras back to one with extra arms. Naruto can create multiple attacks like that without an avatar as we've seen him do against Madara's Planetary Devastation. Sasuke should be able to use multiple Susano'o slashes to counter (one for each Rasenshuriken or more if needed). Even if they aren't exactly matched in power, it's strong enough to cause a collision and have them explode on contact. It's also proven that Susano'o increases the power of the Rinnegan, both by Madara pulling a meteor from out of space and Sasuke increasing Amenotejikara's range for suiting Susano'o. He'd have no problem swapping with one of the attacks.
