JJ Madara is near featless but Madara is not, JJ Madara is capable of all those feats except he can do it better. JJ Madara's Rinne Sharingan's and Shin: Jukai Koutan is all the feats he needs to put him in a Tier higher than everyone bar the Kaguya and her sons. "JJ Madara" is featless yet he can solo the strongest version of Naruto and Sasuke.

OT: Naruto and Sasuke are equal regardless if it was fanservice or not.
Kishi words either suggest that:
- Naruto lost the ability to take in that much Natural Chakra (which is false).
- Sasuke's PS has improved to the point that it can match Naruto's Avatar at it's strongest.

which neither wouldn't matter because Sasuke's arsenal can easily counter Naruto's firepower.
