Madara with hashiramas cells and biju power is not full power madara that's madara with borrowed power. Full powered madara is equal and slightly weaker than sasuke and Naruto at best and not powerful enough to take down hashirama whom I believe to be equal to sasuke and Naruto.

Madaras final power is borrowed just like narutos 9tails power is borrowed and itachis eyes were borrowed by sasuke.......but with that being said Naruto had to go through rigorous training to control the 9 tails and sasuke went through some shit to get used to those eyes as well while madara was woke up by reanimation with instant control over woodstyle and all that jazz
