You just agreed RA boosts his reflexes. You just agreed Cee said base Ay's reflexes are on par with Minato's. Therefore RA Ay's reflexes > base Minato's. And yes, Cee was referring to base Ay, as I already explained in my previous post.



This says nothing about reflexes. :lol Cee's statement was for reflexes, the databook says "Godlike speed", referring to his movement speed. Also, that was V1 Ay in that scan. V2 Ay also has a superior Shunshin to Minato. All base Minato is physically faster than Ay in is striking speed (probably).



Not only did Ay not use his full speed, as he himself only decided to use it later, but Minato being able to flick a Kunai in the same time frame Ay crosses 10 meters isn't a feat that you should be using to prove his reflexes being better than RA Ay, mostly because that has nothing to do with comparing both character's reflexes. When Minato dodges that attack, while Ay fails to do so against that same attack, then you'd have a point.

Not that I need to continue this. Cee said base Ay = base Minato in reflexes. That obviously means V1/V2 Ay > Minato in that same category, as the manga said outright that it boosts his reflexes. I'm done here.

That's true but hashi even managed to make a substitute clone but I wouldn't say his reflexes are above KCM Minato. I tend to go against Minato hype fans but portrayl did make him supposidly faster than Tobirama. Although if Tobirama and minato were to fight speed wouldn't be the issue.

But augments mean to to make greater. Databooks just say that Ay's Raiton Armor boosts his natural reflexes to new heights. Which according to Cee is on par with Minato's.

The purpose of Cee's statement is to show how Legendary Raikage's reflexes are without enhancements. Because he's so Legendary in Base, he must be God-like in terms of reflexes with Raiton. By emphasizing Raikage's Natural Reflexes, he further emphasizes Raikage's reflexes with Raiton.

Minato having reflexes on par with Raikage is false and I'm not sure where anyone gets that assumption from.

How is V2 Ei = Base Minato when Base Minato can barely flick a Kunai in response to Raikage almost speed-blitzing Minato from 10m?

Minato at base was faster than Ay in Full Powered Raiton Mode. By reflexes obviously.

Only with FTG, not in terms of pure physical speed.

Naruto with KCM was able to outspeed Ay in that mode, eventually reaching his fathers level of speed and reflexes.

He displayed higher level of reflexes than Base Minato, higher physical speed, but I guess you could say he possessed what seems to be similar to speed to Minato when his reflexes and FTG are both accounted for.

In that logic, shouldn't Minato's speed and reflexes at base be multiplied by the same scale as Naruto (Naruto at base is nowhere near as fast as Minato at base)

No it shouldn't because Kurama's Chakra doesn't amplify Minato/Naruto's chakra the way Senjutsu does. Instead, it acts as an additional power source, so my belief is that KCM = Naruto + Kurama's Chakra. Kurama's Chakra is the main component with Minato's chakra making a minor difference due to likely being stronger than Naruto's own base chakra, so he would be slightly stronger and faster than KCM Naruto would be. Of course, this is speaking in terms of reflexes and normal movement speed. In terms of Shunshin speed, KCM Minato should trump KCM Naruto because Minato is just substantially better than Naruto is at using the Flicker.

He should've been atleast fast enough to keep up with Juubi Obito. But strangely (yet awesome) enough Tobirama was able to have reflexes that possibly surpasses Juubi Obito (before he got sane).

Yeah, no way in hell. It took BSM + EMS (Choku Tomoe) level of Precognition just to track Juubito.

Tobirama didn't possess reflexes on par with Juubito, but he did have superior feats than KCM Minato did and performed some high level feats that places him as one of the most reflexive ninja in the entire manga outside of Rikudou characters.

Kishimoto could've atleast make Minato stronger. He was performing like he was in base form or something.
