The story is, quite literally, The Tale of the Gutsy Ninja, which names the protagonist as Naruto. The plot is, of course, different than the derived book.

Sage Mode is a third chakra type that the shinobi himself must generate.

I hate to disagree but the story is pretty much about him and the world he lives in...be it that people have their favorite characters it's still about Naruto.How is Sage mode a outside source?? Why cuz he uses Natural chakra ?.So knowledge which we all gain is a out side source can't be respected??? No one is born knowing how to walk and talk...Besides that I still don't think he should get the Rinnegan
