Suigetsu Hozuki the man who is the younger brother of Mangetsu Hozuki the master of all 7 Swords of the Mist, Suigetsu has shown his competence in combat in several occasion's including: Tanking a TBB with around a Bijuu level Water Style Jutsu, Clashing with Darui(the Kakashi of the Cloud) despite him being perfect to defeat his stylistically, Soloing Jugo with ease, Double Water Gun(your move 2nd Mitzukage), having an extremely powerful Clan Ability in Hydrification which makes physical attacks useless, and being around the same level of swordsmanship as Zabuza Momochi who despite some people's doubts it's an elite jounin at least(ask Shane Eyy, he is a huge fan who backs up with logical arguments), and his only real weakness seems to be Raiton

Sure, he's strong. And it was cool.

But Karin and Suigetsu are nowhere near Kage level from these two simple moves.
