There's also the chance that Sasuke could just want to destroy the village himself, which is why he wants to stop Madara from performing Infinite Tsukiyomi. Right now, though, we really don't have enough info to decide whether he's changed for good or not.

And yeah, either they're both gonna die like Naruto said, or Naruto will win the fight and Sasuke either becomes good again or dies. Either way, there's a verrrrrrry small chance of Sasuke winning another fight between them.

It will happen, Kishi has said it himself apparently. Naruto should win, because anything else would just be dumb but he wont kill Sasuke. Sasuke wants to protect the village but that doesn't mean he forgives it, he probably won't come back, I think he'll become a wanderer like Kenshin, Kishi is a big fan, at first, he tried to use Kenshin's character as inspiration for Kakashi.

Naruto's main concern is to bring Sasuke back to Konoha and we wouldn't how it would go so it's 50 50.
