I think that Orochimaru should let the Hokages get in the war if he hasn't already decided to. Let's think about this logically.
1. In the beginning of shippuden Orochimaru wanted Naruto to take out some akatsuki members, therefore I think he may have an interst in helping Naruto out as they have a common enemy.
2. He stated that he had no interest in this war but lets face it, if the moons eye plan goes off then that will directly impact orochimaru so its not like he can turn his back on the matter. Unless Orochimaru knows how escape Infinite Tsukuyomi and I highly doubt that.
3. Itachi got about 100+ chapters of dialoge with his brother sasuke so it's only fair that Minato and Naruto get the same.
4. The fans want to see it. I mean come on, who here doesn't want to see the Kages fight? It would be the Ultimate troll from Kishi if all they came out for was a little talk
Also, afterwards Orochimaru needs to revive Itachi and force him to fight Minato. And after Minato spanks that ass everybody can be quiet
