He can just leave him there to die of starvation/thirst. Fact of the matter is, Nagato has no counter to Kamui whatsoever. Obito wins this High Difficulty.

Obito has a time limit with his kamui and it is 5 minutes. He can't stay in his kamui dimension for more than 5 minutes , so anyone who gets kamui'd would die after 5 minutes.

Also, obito can just kamui his head instead of whole body , like what kakashi did to deidara and he still wins.

First of obito can also warp himself away duting the interval it takes for deva path to use his attack and warp behind him and fire style him. Secondly obito meant for nagato to revive madara so he had no plans of killing him and taking his rinnegan because now he would have to throw his life away which is why he decided to become the jinchuriki instead. Obitos Kamui is a power that lets you avoid attacks by warping yourself away or warp away objects through contact.

Obito can kamui in and out of the kamui dimension.
He removes and re-enters his body out reality on a regular basis and keep large shuriken in there too.

However i am on your side.Nagato is an uzuamki meaning he has a naturally strong life force and has already shown us his extremely large chakra pool combine that with has more experience and mastery over the rinnegan.

Shinra tensei can be performed through out nagato's entire body he can projectit in a barrier style formation meaning even if obito somehow gets behind him which would also mean he would have to first disable all other 5 points of vision the rinnegan can produce
through his summonings and if obito used kamui on him directly nagato can use shinra tensei to warp the gravity outwards effectively canceling his attack on his immediate area.
