Kabuto> Madara
You take away Madara's young body, you take away Mokuton, and you give him less chakra, and take away his regen, and give him the ability to die. You have Madara
Kabuto has his SM, he has 6 jinchuurikis, he has Edo-Madara, the third raikage, the second Mizukage, Muu, Akatsuki
Tobi > Madara Tobi has his Ghost Mode and Gedo Mazo and 3 tomoe sharingan and Rinnegan. He could pull Madara into a different dimension. Madara= screwed. Gedo Mazo could steal Madara's soul.
BTW Madara acquired his Rinnegan shortly before his death. He would have been to old to be able to use them at maximum capacity at his age and it seems the power of the rennigan drains you physically looking at Nagato. So no Rinnegan Madara is not prime Madara. Mokuton Madara isn't prime Madara. EMS Madara is prime Madara and he is only a step above Itachi or Sasuke
