Juubito heals way to quickly. Even if he managed to pull out the chakra from Obito's body, I doubt he would win the tug of war, and the tug of war can't even be started unless you have matching chakra.

Also the chakra rods, while shown to stop someone like hashi and tobirama and make them immobile, they probably wouldn't work on juubito. Remember when Naruto was stabbed into the ground? He couldn't move or make chakra, but the ninetails was able to use his chakra to obliterate the black rods. Juubito would simply pull them out or destroy them with juubito chakra.

The only ways I can really see Jubito being beat (Other than the way he was beat by Naruto and Sasuke, which Madara couldn't do) is by using an extremely strong seal. And even then I'm not sure whether or not the seal would be effective, afterall normal logic doesn't apply to him. The human path may also work, but I doubt Madara could actually pull out the soul.

I would put Madara at an extremely low chance of beating the juubito with the feats we have seen so far.
