Ashura at the time was new to Ninshuu so of course there was a mess up but it was definitely a Rasengan going off the physical description.

If YOU think its a rasengan doesn't mean its a fact . When i watched that part i didn't even think of it . When someone said its a rasengan i was shocked then i rewatched that part to me it looks like some imperfect jutsu but not necessarily a rasengan . Lets say its a rasengan ok so? Its not even done right yet . No plot hole here since its not fully controlled or done .

But lets just say its a rasengan fully controlled like naruto's so what? Did minato live in ashura's era to know it was invented before? Just by logic how can minato know it was created by someone 10000 years ago?

So im saying even if it was a rasengan there's no plothole

Look initially when Naruto was forming his Rasengan through those steps he struggled as well. He would sometimes never get quite enough rotation to pop the balloon but once he got a hold of that he mastered the Rasengan.

I never said he controlled his Rasengan, I am saying it's safe enough to assume it's a Rasengan based off it's properties. When you see something, the human tendency is to make previous connections with previous jutsus that we've seen and so far it matches the book of Rasengan.

It is a spherical ball and if Indra had the Chidori we can further assume it was indeed that Rasengan because their descendants also had the Chidori and the Rasengan.

This filler episode is making connections man and it's something you need to understand.

The plothole comes from the fact that Minato created it and I am pretty sure I explained it in the thread you closed down. I hate repeating myself.

Fillers are iffy for me. I base them moreover on their overall entertainment value, rather than how they connect to the current arc.

The chunin exams filler and jiraya storybook fillers were super boring for me, and the itachi fillers I watched up until the massacre, because beyond that point I already knew what was going to happen and there'd be no point.

I liked the fillers like the chikara arc and zero tails arc. those were pretty entertaining for me, even some fillers in the original naruto, like that...one filler where this..furry..thing grew on naruto's back was pretty entertaining for me XD

Well if you're active on the forum a lot then you'd have known that I did point out the inconsistencies a few times to the filler lovers but that changed nothing except me wasting my time explaining things just as I am explaining to you.
Tell you what, if you guys love filler that much then why not make a group called the FillerTards or something what you like ofc and discuss filler there to your heart's content. Here at NDS, most people dislike filler. Even more when people start comparing it to canon and those people are bashed like the OP here, so a group is the best way for you guys to discuss what you like without getting bashed or made fun of.
