Let’s be honest about the future of the Uchiha clan

There’s no hope for the Uchiha clan as of right now. The only hope I see for the clan’s continual existence are either one of the following:

1.) Sakura is currently pregnant (from when Sasuke chilled at the village after defeating Shin) and she’ll later give birth to a male.
2.) The various Shin clones, that already dawned the Uchiha crest on their clothing, are the revival of the clan. They all can continue cloning themselves sacrificing one tooth each for literally endless sem-Uchiha. Other than that though, they’re clones so they’re more than likely sterile but if not, cool beans.
3.) Sasuke has a mistress on the side
4.) Madara Uchiha or some other Uchiha is cloned and reproduces later in the story

The problem with the current story is that Sarada is already like 12 years old and Sakura only has one daughter. Even Naruto has two kids already. What the **** was Sasuke thinking? Certainly wasn’t thinking about reviving his clan; Of course, the blame lies with Kishimoto, Ikemoto and SP.

Even in the upcoming time skips, there’s no guarantee that Sarada will even have kids. I’m going off on a limb and am saying that there’s no guarantee that Sarada will even make it out alive because the Uchiha are taking a back seat to the Otsutuski and Boruto’s destiny. Killing off a potentially OP Sarada will give Boruto the time he needs to shine but of course, they could just nerf her like they did her dad. Speaking of which, her dad may die as well.

But anyway, unless one of those four things I mentioned above transpires, the Uchiha clan almost certainly faces extinction. What do you guys think?

Number 1 is the most basic route for it to go. Sasuke comes back during the Chunnin exams and impregnants Sakura with another child (preferably a boy as we already have a girl).


The fact that Sarada is hinted to be with Boruto makes it not a secure option as we all know via how the series goes that Sarada will then adopt the Uzumaki surname.

Even if she doesn't then there is the fact that me may die as the last Uchiha.

Honestly though maybe after this series is over all chakra will be destroyed and clans won't matter anymore... maybe.

Yeah dude, being a fan of the Hyuga shouldn’t make a point mute. The fact is, Sarada is currently crushing pretty hard on Boruto. And in anime’s like this, they never seem to get over their childhood crushes until they realize it’ll never happen between them. But Hinata did end up with Naruto and Sumire is crushing on Boruto.

Well assuming Boruto doesn’t end up with Sumire and/or Sarada lives long enough to have children, then Sasuke has no choice. Sasuke has no choice but to tolerate the diluted Uchiha unless he uses Rinnegan-Tensei to resurrect his clan. But this is off topic, do you agree with any of the possibilities listed above?

Sasuke literally is coaching Boruto. Plus a son can impregnate multiple women at one time or within a time span while his daughter can only be impregnated once every 9 months. Which one do you think is sufficient for clan revival?

Personally, I think we should let it go. Clans have to go extinct at some point. Sasuke shouldn't care about last names or whether or not his kids/grandkids are male or female. He should just love them because they are his family.

About your scenarios:

1. I doubt that Sakura is currently pregnant (especially since we have seen or heard no mention of her throwing up or gaining weight or anything like that). Even if she is pregnant though, it shouldn't matter if the baby is male or female. That baby would be no more or less Uchiha than Sarada.

Another baby for Sasuke isn't necessary to be honest. He barely has time for the daughter he already has. Plus, the Uchiha clan will continue as long as Sarada has descendants. The last name is irrelevant. The power of the Uchiha lies in the sharingan, not the surname.

2. This is the most feasible option (with the Shin clones). By the way, not all clones are sterile. I don't know why you would think that they are probably sterile, but cloned creatures can reproduce just like the original could (unless the original was sterile for whatever reason). They don't even need to sacrifice a tooth. They just need to get their own girls.

3. Sasuke isn't an adulterous cheater.

4. Doubt it.

In the end though, we should give up on trying to preserve the Uchiha clan. Nobody in the NV cares about all that clan crap nearly as much as you make them out to care. When Sasuke said that he wanted to restore his clan, he meant that he wanted to restore their honor by killing Itachi and avenging them. He didn't mean that he wanted to make a bunch of Uchiha babies.

He doesn't want anymore Uchihas. Time and time again, he had expressed his hatred for the clan. Also the Uchiha clan has an extremely dark and popular history.

It is a smart move on Sasuke eliminating the Uchiha clan by having a daugther. Soon, future generations would not associate themselves with the Uchihas

Iwabe's GrandFather apparently still loaths the Mist for the 2nd or 3rd ninja war.

The 4th Ninja war was 10+ years ago and many of the veterans are still alive. Many people died in that war all because of the Uchiha.

For all we know the Uchiha might be hated around the globe so Sarada eventually merging with the Uzumaki might be better for her children and their children.

Sasuke runs around saying he must repent for his sins and he also killed all those samurai during the Kage summit.

True but Sarada is looked at with affection and received absolutely no malice from anyone she’d encountered. The only thing her enemies coveted and hated her for was because she had Sharingan and they didn’t. And that was during the Mist arc.

You saw how happy that police guy was when he brought up the Uchiha’s police history. Don’t forget that Kabuto was the cause of Madara being there on the battlefield and he has his own orphanage.

Without the Uchiha’s help, the war would’ve been lost. I’m sure Naruto, Kakashi And Sakura preached of Obito’s and Sasuke’s immense contributions to defeating Kaguya. Also remember, no one knew about Coup the Uchiha were planning except the heads and some of the Foundation ninja.
