Description: The user, focuses their wind chakra, creating rapid rotations around the lower section of the body, this rotation forms a spiralling tornado shaped gust of wind which is used to quickly transport the user [it races across the ground/air]The wind only rotates around the body, it does not partially transform the lower section. This technique can also be released if preferred by forming a hand gesture, the tornado will continue towards the opponent. If not, the user can also perform the hand gesture to stop the jutsu, the decision must be posted in the move.

This is a simple, yet high ranked technique which may be really useful in battle. Scimply perform the Ox handseal, gather your chakra then release from your mouth a giant wave of wind capable of pparting a large body of water or S rank and lower water jutsu.

Luffy puffs into a cloud of smoke revealing Eustass Kid (My new bio lol). Eustass began to channel his wind chakra as he performs the ox hand seal. He then turn his body to face the lake a couple meters ahead of him, he swing his hand to release a thin wave of wind that reaches the lake in no time and splits it in half.

Oi, not bad law.

Liking the technique, kid performs the ox hand seal and release yet another wave of wind to split the lake again.

I’ll have fun with this…

Well done. This next jutsu is an offensive/supplementarty type move. Gather your wind chakra and use it to create rapid rotations of wind around your body from your waist and downwards. Build up this rotation until a small tornado is formed, it allows you to travel more quickly on the ground, water or even in mid air. When done, you can perform a handseal to launch the tornado from around your body and towards your opponent.

Eustass kid listens to the instruction given to him and begins to release his wind chakra around the lower half of his body. His wind chakra begins to spin faster andfaster as the seconds goes by, until a small tornado is form around his legs up to his waist. With this, he begins to races along the surface of the ground with at a faster pace than what he could usually run at.

As he eustass said this, he performs one hand seal and sent the tornado towards a nearby tree. The tornado reaches the tree and shreds it up.


Question: This jutsu has no damage points, so if i use the tornado and send it towards an opponent, will he still be dealt with A rank worth of dmg points?

Yes if it's used offensively, it will have A rank level damage points. So.. I guess we're done here.
