Description: The user focuses water to cloak around them, forming some shapes the user wants around them. While cloaked the user can scretch the water around them to attack, (like the kyuubi cloak) and form fists, hands, tendrils, etc.......(its like the kyuubi cloak but with water)
Note: Lasts for 2 turns.
Note: Needs water source to use the jutsu.
Note: Only useable for once per battle.
Note: Only taught by Question.
Once you have your water source, focus on shape manipulation with water chakra and have it surround you.

As Dean stands upon a water source,a river,he starts by utilising his Suiton chakra and gathering said water.He uses shape manipulation to cover the entirety of his body with water,like a cloak of sorts.Then by using this cloak,Dean extends his hand in the form of water,much like how the bijuu cloak is able to do.

-The user performs the Dog -> Rat -> Ox handseals and greatly manipulates his Katon chakra.The user uses shape manipulation to form multiple (6) "swords" made of Fire that hovers above the user. With a simple hand gesture,the user can send and control these swords to move towards the enemy and impale them.Due to their heat,as they are practically pure fire that is greatly concentrated to a sword form,they would easily burn through the opponent with ease.By performing the Snake handseal,the user is able to make these "swords" explode by easing the concentration of the swords and allowing the to become just fire without form,creating a small explosion where the sword was impaled.
Note:The user can make up to 6 of these fire swords,and
less,depending on the situation.
Note:No A rank Fire techniques for the next turn

A unique raiton technique that utilises static electricity, allowing one to magnetise people or surfaces together, sticking them together. Of course, you'll need to hit the your target with a lightning bolt first, and keep in mind that the more conductible your target is the stronger the magnetism is. A metal surface will work better than flesh, while insulators like rubber are immune entirely.

No questions, its pretty clear.
Its pretty self explanatory. You create a string clone with three hand seals, and this clone can use all Wind techs and also Nin, Gen, Ken and Tai. The clone can form his hands into wires of wind, which can both grab the opponent, and slice him. He can also cause an explosion, which ranges up to Short range around your opponent, and is B rank in power.

(Fuujin: Kuro Boido) - Wind Sealing Art: Dark Void
Lit technique, combining Wind and Fuuin to create a sphere that expands upon a targeted area and basically sucks in whatever around it into itself, sealing it. Great to use on summons, Edos, weapons, etc. One question though, what techniques can it seal?
Here's the one for you;
( Ototon: Sectumsempra ) - Sound Release: Sectumsempra
Type: Attack

Description: With a seal mark written "封" between their hands, the user utilises shape and nature manipulation by performing Rat>Ram>clap hands to create a sphere of wind. The wind sphere is about the size of a bowling ball held between the user's hands and it contains the seal mark in its center. Once made, the user can launch the sphere at high speeds towards his target. Once it reaches their vicinity(or on impact), the wind sphere expands to 5m(short range radius) while the seal mark simultaneously activates, sucking in everything nearby and finally; seals them inside the mark which corresponds to the one on the user's hand. The technique however cannot seal a human person but can seal summons, weapons/tools, clones, techniques (if feasible), Edo Tensei summons, etc. The user can perform the reverse order of hand seals and slam their hand on the ground to unseal the technique.
~ 3 times per battle.

Id say it works on anything unless your target is a spiritual yin limbo or some shit, something that can't be touched by normal chakra or physical means. As for the scale it's able to seal, its short range radius of a sphere. If you're using it against a larger technique like a stone golem or something, the Dark Void may not be able to seal the entirety of it, but it can seal a big part of it.
