Description: After performing the Bird hand seal, the user releases chakra one meter away from the opponent, in as many as four different spots. The chakra in the air starts gathering moisture, forming many golf ball sized penguins up to fifty count at once. The penguins themselves may be small, but are as sharp as razors. The penguins then charge/descend at the opponent as soon as they take form.

I gather and mold suiton chakra within my abdomen as I perform Bird hand seal. Upon finishing with gathering and molding chakra I'd channel it throughout my body before releasing it one meter from your clone. I'd focus chakra that I released onto four places, a little bit to the left of your clone,a little bit to the right,a little bit at the back, and a little bit in front as I use nature and shape manipulation. Using nature manipulation I'd generate water and using shape manipulation I'd form many golf sized penguins which are sharp. There would be about 50 of them and then aim at your clone as to make it puff!

Beautiful work Akasha-senpai. It seems you understand everything. What makes this jutsu neat is that it can reach in any range, is moderately quick, and can cut your opponent to ribbons. Plus the four different spots is neat, so distract them in the front, and hit them in the sides and back. Omnidirectional attacks are the name of the game.
