Wind blows trough the training ground and Leo strolls up to them. Seeing his student he starts with the bussines right away.
Let me show how you do it.
Leo stretches his left hand out and sends some water chakra into his fist, when he feels that there is enough of the chakra in the fist he starts releasing it in the form of a water hurricane which spins towards his left and also pushes Leo towards his right side, opposite of the vortex.

Seeing how the technique is performed,Akasha tries it herself. Firstly she'd gather suiton chakra within her abdomen and once she gathered enough she'd channel it throughout her whole body but most of the chakra she'd focus into her right fist. Once chakra reaches her right fist she'd extend her right arm as she releases the chakra. By using nature manipulation on chakra she'd generate actual water and by using shape manipulation she'd form a spinning vortex that'd she'd aim towards the ground. Once released the vortex would push her into the air.
