Less Chakra

My suggestion is to decrease the chakra of the ranks.

Villager/ 10 Chakra
Academy Student / 100 Chakra
Genin/ 300 Chakra
Chunin / 500 Chakra
Special Jounin / 700 Chakra
Jounin (option)/ 800 Chakra
Anbu (option)/ 850 Chakra
S-Class Ninja/ 1,000 Chakra
Sannin / 1,200 Chakra
Kage / 1,400 Chakra
Legendary Ninja -/ 1,600 Chakra
Sage / 1,800 Chakra
Sennin / 2,000 Chakra

We have too much chakra. I think half of them would be enough for the kind of fights we do...
