He has back slicked hair with some yellow hair strands here and there and has blue eyes, blue as a sea. Usually, many ninjas have ninja pouches but Leo doesn't as he has an armor which has pre-installed kunais and other weapons within it. The armor which Leo owns glows blue in color when activated. He has a well built body and his height is slightly over many other people with the measure of 183 cm.

Leonardo is a very cool and calm person thinking on how to achieve things rather than going for it mindlessly. If he aims for something in his life, he won't stop until he achieves it which shows his keen determination towards it. He is a true gentlemen living a very luxurious life in a island he owns with a huge mansion constructed in it. Leo throws out parties almost every week to get people's attention but nobody really knows who the hell Leo is in the first place. People have only heard of rumors of him but only his trusted friends, know his real name. Leo uses the word "Jay" when describing himself as he does not want to reveal his true identity. This shows that he is a bit shy. Once Leo is enraged, he loses his mind to the dark side which would give him the mentality to destroy anything as long he as the power to do it. Leo also has the habit of ending his sentences with 'Old Sport' sometimes.

Leonardo DiCaprio was a very poor boy born in the slum area of Konohagakure. His parents identities remain unknown and Leo do not even accept them as parents but he thinks that that god has sent him to Konoha for something. At the age of 17, he ran away from his house and changed his name to 'Jay Gatsby" even though his true name remains Leo. On his travel, he struck a fortune in a business and soon after years of hard work, become a multi-millionaire at the age of just 24. His wealth is too enormous that he keeps on throwing parties almost every week and his money doesn't even get depleted. Everybody in Konohagakure know him but nobody knows who 'Jay' really is or what is his true identity. Only the trusted friends of Leo know it. With his wealth, Leo on the other side, also got trained in various fields and almost completed all of his training. Leo can also get angry at times. On a mission, Leo was confronted by a person and was insulted contionously and due to this, the dark nature of him broke out of his heart forcing him to kill the opponent without even having a second thought. From that day, Leo tries his level best to control his anger as to prevent any damage to his comrades.
When he was travelling away from Konoha for reasons, Leo was recruited into the Mandalore clan as a youngling and soon gained heights through it for being very loyal and trustworthy to the clan. He also created his own piece of armor which is highly expensive and uses it when in battles. After several months, Genos Stark who used to be leader gave up his position due to some issues and elected Leo as the next leader of the Mandalore clan. From that moment, Leo took some of his time for the clan activities.

Primary Specialty: Leo being a genius of hard work and always utilizing lightning in almost all areas including creation or armors to battles, Leo has gained a power that he can utilize all lightning techniques within a single hand seal and can remain immune by even getting hit by Chidori Nagashi which would not even paralyze him a bit.

Leo's armor is arguably one of the most powerful forms of technology developed in the world. He owns the most expensive armor with the highest capabilities of increasing it to it's limit. The armor is built in such a way that it would glow blue in color when channel his chakra into it, i.e, activating it.

Resistance: Being made of a special type of metal infused with chakra, Leo's armor can withstand various weapons including explosive tags, kunais etc.. and can stay immune upto C-Rank Taijutsu. Along with that, his armor has been modified in such a way that it can withstand sudden temperatures drops of immense heating upto D-Ranks. His armor also consists of a gas mask which in case a poison attack happens, the gas mask can filter the poison and send in clean air into the armor making it capable to withstand upto C-Rank Poison techniques.
Flight: One of the armors' most important features is it's ability of flight. The armor's flight capabilities were improved along time with the addition of boosters on the back. These enable the armor to quickly evade enemy attacks in a direction and go faster than ever. This also gives Leo better stabilization while hovering and flying freeing up his hands to do other things, such as taking down enemies.
Strength: Leo, inside the armor can achieve higher levels of strength when powered by a sufficient source. The armor shows to be strong enough to punch through a stone wall, or catch a boulder and put it down safely. The armor's stimulants can be activated separately enhancing the strength of the armor to a very high level. Not only the hand-to-hand combat, but the armor has been showed to wield a tanto strapped to the back which can be drawn out and channels his chakra into it making it vibrate at a high level granting extra damage to Kenjutsu techniques.
Reflexes: The armors have motors for movement. It has shown to be extremely fast and responsive while in flight, and during fights. The armor consists of a special type of helmet which is directly connected to the chakra points of the body enabling Leo to activate his chakra sensing ability and his tracking speed of One Tomoe Sharingan granting him better reflexes. Also, being a Taijutsu Specialist, Leo can predict movements which might be even more faster than his very own.
Smart mini-guns: Leo has upgraded his armor in such a way that when required, a socket in both of the shoulders open up revealing a barrage of kunais within it which can then be fired in single shots or multiple shots with great accuracy. Along with that, the armor has a socket above the wrist area where it holds several explosive tags which can be launched towards his opponent again with great accuracy. The area beside his legs have a space which have scrolls within them which he can use it for his purposes.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.

However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

This is considered to be one of the most powerful Mandalore techniques which a member can only use if he has the permission from the leader himself. Being the leader himself, Leo gets the most out of this technique. The technique simply increases the armor's elemental capabilities to such an extent that the following advantages the user can attain if he activates a element.
Fire - In addition to the basic abilities he gets, he becomes immune to B-rank and below fire techniques in addition to gaining +10 damage to every fire technique he uses
Water - In addition to the basic abilities he gets, he becomes able to use any water technique without a water source and he gains +10 damage to all water techniques
Earth - In addition to the basic abilities he gets, any earth technique without having to be in contact with the ground and he gains +20 damage to all earth techniques

Once the user channels his chakra within his armor, his armor gets the color of the specific element and when activating two elements at the same time the color of the armor becomes a combination of the two specific elements.

This is considered to be one of the most powerful Mandalore techniques which a member can only use if he has the permission from the leader himself. Being the leader himself, Leo gets the most out of this technique. The technique simply increases the armor's elemental capabilities to such an extent that the following advantages the user can attain if he activates a element.

If Leo were to be stuck in a situation where he has to fight forcefully even though he would be extremely hurt or on verge of death. Leo can make himself keep fighting by making the thirst of blood from within the heart to emerge out of him making him even more powerful in some aspects than ever. Leo gains +5 to Ninjutsu and +10 to Taijutsu upon activating his will to fight.

Mandolorians whom want to keeping fighting for their sheer thirst for blood, will use their will and force from deep within them, to keep fighting and gain a small boost. Only the strongest of the Mandolorian clan members are able to use this, feeling the need to protect their younglings and having too much pride to lose a battle. Upon using their will, the Mandolore gains +5 extra to all ninjutsu they use, and +10 to all taijutsu aswell. After the technique is worn out, the user's stamina decreases depending on the situation. If used at the start of battle then they will decrease -5 on all ninjutsu and -10 to all taijutsu he uses, for the next turn only. If used when being already worn out (after 4-6 turns have passed before using) their stamina will decrease the same way, however, it will remain like that for the following 3 turns.

Armor Design
Amongst all the members of the clan, Leo is the one who who possess a totally unique armor. The armor doesn't even look like a armor at all. This is possible for him because Leo learnt a technique which can transform things so with this power, he transformed the armor body into a white jacket long with a white pant (tuxedo) so that he can utilize the jet pack and the helmet into sunglasses. However, this build will contain the all the abilities the clan possess as the technique merely changes the appearance but not the chemical properties it possess. Once the jacket is hit by a B-Rank technique or he performs any elemental surge out of his body, Leo is forced to transform the suit back to it's original state, the armor.

Description: This jutsu is simply an expansion of a basic ninja skill learned in the academy. The basic transformation jutsu allows the user to transform himself into virtually anything based around his imagination. The technique is designed to allow someone to use a larger amount of chakra, and shape control, in order to be able to transform inanimate objects around him, that he is touching in a similar way to the canon transformation technique. The user uses shape transformation, and extremely precise chakra control to not physically change it but to change its appearance in a way similar to the transformation jutsu. Like the transformation technique, the object's actual physical properties are not changed. For example if the user was to transform a brick into a feather, the newly transformed feather would weigh the same as a brick, and have the same mass; the reverse is also true. In addition, the transformation will revert after being hit by a elemental jutsu of B rank or below, following the elemental strengths and weaknesses.
