The popout effect looks way better than my one. I think 'coz you used shadow.
And you should use the crop tool to make your image smaller, just enough to that your sig fits within the canvas. 'Coz the image is 800x250, crop it down to a smaller forum friendly size

nah do not really like these kind of sigs ..

dat drop shadow thing looks awful

bg isnt that bad but there is no blending with render at all

it has no focal point ..
