Background Info.
History: Lelouch was born during the second Shinobi war. He grew up with his sister who he loved dear, but she lost her sight and had lost the ability to walk from the fighting between the villages. Lelouch had sworn vengeance on everyone who committed the act of war, which he spend's most of his personal time plotting revenge on every village he opposes, and make a world where him and his sister can live in peace and be happy.

and in regards to your Dagger, there is a jutsu which allows you to cover your weapons in wind chakra so don't go around saying its wind infused without learning wind, other then that I think everything looks good enough ^^

Rather good bio. I must say, nice for your first. However, as RLGB said, try your best not to go around saying you can infuse kunais with wind chakra without any training in the specified element. Doesn't reflect well, IMO ^_^
