Akainu sits down on the grassy field leaning his back next to a rock for support as he awaits his opponent who he had once clashed swords with before and smiles upon clashing fists with him again, he gazes deep into the blue sunny skies as he picks up his sake bottle from his bag with his right hand,gulping it down while also unsheathing his katana from his pouch with his left hand as he silently awaits his opponent presence.

Seeing his opponent approach the battle field akainu stands up from the ground while simultaneously activating his sharingan in the process, being a no nonsense kind of man he skips the formalities and introductory greetings and immediately performs a single hand seal casting his opponent under a genjutsu, and then throws explosive kunai tags towards you which take on the shape of numerous flies which approach you as you begin to sink deep into the ground z.zz, akainu then tosses one final kunai tagged aimed towards your fore head and explodes it all in a huge explosion.

Well that didn't last long.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Seeing you activate the Sharingan, I immediately notice that you belong to the fabled Uchiha clan. I smirked as you flaunted your ocular prowess so daringly before me. No matter, though.
As the genjutsu begins to take effect, I notice several butterflies flying towards me. Unlike normal butterflies, however, they seem to aimlessly float towards me, with their wings not flapping. An unusual phenomenon, if I must say so myself. From this, I deduce that it is a mere illusion. Surging chakra throughout my entire body, I, in response, encase my entire body in a layer of jagged rocks. This breaks me out from the illusion, allowing me to perceive reality as it is once again. The butterflies before revert back to explosive tagged kunai's. With my arms slightly elongated due to the armour, I simply swing my right arm in one fluid motion in front of my body, knocking the kunai away from me, onto the ground.

Whilst doing so, I lower my weight significantly, allowing my body to move at much faster speeds. Having deflected the kunai, thereby getting rid of any imminent danger, I simply proceed by running forwards at incredible speed, dashing towards you with my arms held limply at my sides.
As I converge upon you, I generate a great amount of electricity around my right palm, forming a dense orb of electricity around it. In one fluid motion, I would hurl the ball of electricity towards you, which would, upon impact, result into a cataclysmic explosion.

Having hurled the ball of electricity, I would enter short-range of you, whilst still simultaneously keeping an eye out for your reaction.

As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Description: Contrary to its counterpart (the Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique), instead of making the target heavier, this technique makes it much lighter, though still using the same principle and mechanics. The user will make direct contact with the given target (through his hands), infusing them with earth chakra and lowering their weight drastically. The technique can lower a targets weight up to 10 times less than it originally had. This allows freer manipulation of the affected objects, which would normally carry considerably more weight and as such, require a greater amount of exertion to move. The technique can be used on the user or other shinobi to increase their speed, but as a consequence of using it this way, it results in the decrease of the physical force of their blows. The same principle applies if used on a physical attack wich will be faster but will carry less momentum and as such, less physical damage. It doesn't change the "strength" of binding techniques (like Sand Release), where the user is manipulating a dynamic element but will decrease the impact damage of techniques that rely on it.
Note: The initial effects last for 2 turns or until countered.

Akainu with the aid of his sharingan notices the surging chakra flowing withing his opponent body as he breaks free from his casted genjutsu and as rocks begin to encase his body immediately akainu acts and without the usage of any hand-seals or any sudden movements channels his lightning chakra into his right hand releasing a massive blast of Lightning from his hands which he releases towards the direction of his opponent. Akainu times his movement in such a way that the moment his opponent begins the motion to swing his right arm towards the kunai or starts to moves his right-hand encased in rocks towards the kunai he slices him open through the chest through the massive lightning blast.

Seeing you release a massive blast of lightning which spans rather wide horizontally, I knew for a fact that, with lightning's devastating powers and frightening speed, I had no chance with my earthen armor, nor would I have time to proceed with my original plan.
Swiftly, I shed my armour, allowing the rocks to drop harmlessly onto the ground in front of me, whilst I jumped backwards. As I jump backwards(which I continue to do so, putting more distance between me and you, and the kunai), I perform two swift hand seals, before releasing a massive wind blast of my own. It manifests itself in a rapidly expanding spherical mass of compressed air, easily powering through the kunai's, and eradicating the blast of lightning without too much trouble.

Of course, stopping there would be foolish. In a fluid motion, I chain a third hand seal, right after the sphere of wind overpowers the lightning and continues towards you. With it, I generate a spiraling column of wind around the sphere, granting it additional power. It continues towards you, at its original strength(S-rank), and at frightening speeds as well. As my second technique supplements the first in both power and speed, it would leave you little time to react, though a swift counter would by any means suffice.
Whilst waiting for your reaction, I simply perform a single hand seal, placing you in a dormant genjutsu which would activate the moment you move. Upon activation, you would be immobilized, and apparently start freezing up, with a white veil forming around your eyes within moments, causing much pain and discomfort.

Description:The user simply forms the mundane Dragon hand seal, putting his hands together, outstretched at chest level, his arms pointing at whichever direction he pinpoints this technique towards. Essentially, in the desired direction of the user, the user will manipulate the air currents in that location, controlling the air to spiral in whatever manner he/she desires, forming a vortex of wind, by manipulating the currents, whose size can range from the size of a limb, accentuating to the size of a slightly overlarge human. It's most primary function, is to use it in conjunction with other elemental techniques. Due to this technique stemming from the manipulation of air currents, the user can, immediately after using an elemental technique, almost in quick succession use this, manipulating the air currents around the technique to spiral and spin, causing the technique sent to be given a spiraling motion, which further accentuates its strength and impact. This technique can be used in conjunction with any Fire, Water, Mud-based Earth Techniques, and even Wind techniques, though not Lightning, of whatever rank. The spiraling motion added to the technique would amplify its impact, increasing its damage by a rank(essentially, +20). In that manner, this technique works in a similar fashion to Wave of Inspiration, being capable of using it right after the previous technique, almost successively. When combined with this technique, the spiraling motion of any technique would cause it to move faster.

He is thrown towards the direction of the dragon with great speed and acceleration due to the force of the pillar that he has a very small window of time to react before the dragon and the opponent collides.

With you firing a dragon of fire at me, I knew for a fact my spherical mass of wind would not withstand it, nor would it even with the help of my intended next technique. As such, I, instead of following through with my initial plan, contrive a plan to respond.
All of a sudden, however, the earth beneath me begun to shift, with a pillar of earth, or what felt like it, launched me towards the flaming dragon. I was in a precarious situation, but none so that I could not handle. Keeping calm, I put together my arms, performing a single hand seal. With much force, I expel an abundance of water, with it generating powerful waves which move swiftly towards you, a voracious beast, swallowing the fire in its path. Whilst a significant portion evaporates, however, due to its great volume, a sizable portion still remains(due to your fire being slightly weakened by my wind). It would, of course, be reduced in strength. With the initial momentum of the waves, I would be launched many meters into the sky, riding the waves.

Upon expelling the waves, I chain together another hand seal, manipulating the water, or what remains of it, forming it into a long, majestic dragon of water which moves rather quickly, and due to our close proximity(which was reduced thanks to you), leave you little room to react.
The dragon would hit you with colossal impact, almost certainly swallowing your entire body, crushing it under the immense pressure of the waves.

Subsequently, I leap several meters into the air, chaining together a set of hand seals. I draw blood from my thumb, before summoning a most powerful Ray, Kagutsuchi, from the Lake of Antiquity. Kagutsuchi would then proceed to float around in the air, with me riding atop its body.

If enough venom is spewed, the cells in the contact area begin to die, resulting in the enemy experiencing a decline in health over the next few turns before dying of heart failure due to the heart and breathing rate lowering exponentially.

Akainu sees his opponent who has been launched towards his incoming dragon of fire perform a single hand-seal releasing a massive wave of water from his mouth ,the moment akainu sees the water being released from his opponent mouth who is know withing close proximity and distance of him , he acts then and there taking advantage of their distance with each other and without the usage of any hand-seals spews out a massive golem of earth which takes on the full force of the continued weakened water with ease and goes on forward towards his opponent which would hit him in seconds should he fail to defend, while also swinging its hand towards your skull with his fist tightly closed together shattering your skull [which is done upon my command] into pieces and leaving you unable to fight unless you defend against it, while also leaping backwards away from the opponent back into mid range the moment the golem is released.

The golem can also devour earth structures and other enemy attacks, biting and chewing on it.

Okay my 2 cents on this:

Baldy saw the fire Dragon and waited till he got launched by the earth tech.
Yes you will have time for a handseal and spew the water just in time before the dragon touches you. Yes nice!
You are both mid-ranged, now the distance is shortened and will be bordering Short-range.
However your usage of the water jutsu was iffy. You will spew the water and instead of riding the wave as you said, you are to form a spherical dome that is meant to encapsulate you and your opponent with you at the epicenter. When kisame used this against killer bee, the dome of water even moves along with the user's movement making sure he'll still be at the epicenter.
The water may push you up if you had described you spew it towards the floor but however then you won't be able to defend from the dragon.

Now Thunderbolt spewed a golem without handseal which is possible but the water is a wide one and though the golem would still pass through in order to attack, the water would still cover you from the sides but not with intended force, and now you will both be in the water.
It is now upto Baldy whether to defend from the golem and loose control over his water dome or keep the dome and get crushed by the golem and still loose control of the dome nonetheless. The golem's movement would btw be slowed by the water pressure and though the distance is short, you can still react to it.
