Definitely The Green Arrow. Legolas doesn't really have access to all of the technology that Oliver has. Plus he is supposed to be extremely OP when it comes to shooting a bow anyways.

Btw, Arrow is an amazing show.

I was SOOOOOO happy they finally did Deathstroke justice and made him a super soldier with an eye patch, then they had to go and do some lame ass mid season break. Can't wait for the return. Season 2 episode 9 may very well have been the best episode of the show so far, we get Flash starting, Arrow in not some dumb face paint and Slade the way Slade should be, definitely my favorite episode so far.

OT: Green Arrow definitely wins unless we only count the tv show version. But if we do tv can we throw in Smallville's version b/c I thought he was a pretty good version of Arrow.
