Legolas is a tall man, standing around 6" 3' with a pair of distinctive apple green eyes complementing a well chiseled nose and chin. His brows are slightly full giving the illusion of constant concern, and his pair of elvish ears have no doubt raised a few brows over the years. His body is athletic, as his race doesn't allow him to faulter physically. He has perfectly muscled arms as a result of centuries of perfect marksmanship with his elven bow. He is slim in appearance but perfectly capable of any enemy with his extreme aim, balance, and decor.

Personality:

Legolas is a subtle elitist with his head always aimed, and looking at the stars and beyond. He prefers when the people he hangs out with are up to par with his skills or even better and finds weaker companions a pain. He is a very proud person and shows it in his every action, but he is also a very loyal person who would give his life for his friends or the greater good. Unlike his father, Legolas cares about the lesser races, and finds them rather intriguing. Their ability to wither away unlike him. He packs a lot of years of experience and makes sure to share it whenever he can.

History

Legolas was once a very happy wood elf residing in the forests of present day Konoha. Unaware of ninjutsu he would hunt the local animals with his bow and occasionally defended himself from lingering wolves. The land had been in turmoil and his father, the Elf King had told him that man was destroying themselves and he shouldn't interfere. Of course Legolas felt obligated to help, he snuck out of the fort one night, in search of this mortal race called 'man'. Sure enough Legolas met the terrors of man. The blood shed, the crying, the anger, and the grief. It was real, all the stories he heard, man really were savage beasts walking on two feet. There seemed to be a war between two major clans. He over heard men speaking of 'Uchiha' and 'Senju'. These names were new to him and didn't sound quite intelligent. Then again, anything not spoken in his tongue was gibberish to him. Luckily he had decided to learn the language of his neighbors.

One day, when Legolas returned from a lengthy observation he came to find his hidden home under siege, by 'men'. He killed as many as he could but some would disappear in a poof of smoke, and a log would fall in their place. Some breathed fire, like dragons. But almost all of them had red, peculiar eyes and a sixth sense of knowing when he was about to shoot his arrows. Some were very fast in dodging, others fell victim to his elite aim. Eventually a massive fireball came from one of the men's mouth and devoured him. If it wasn't for his elvish blood he would have been turned to a crisp. He lost his home, his family, everything. While his body floated unconscious and burned along the river a fisherman saw him. Rescued him, but out of fascination of his pointy ears and inhumane beauty the fisherman auctioned him for a lot of money. They called him and his race, the Sage People. And him being the last of the Sage People he was worth every penny.

His buyer, a collector and sensei saw promise in him. And his natural gift of nature manipulation made him the perfect candidate for ninjutsu training. The sensei had a feeling he would be able to produce Mokuton due to his connection with nature but Legolas ran away before the horrid experiments could be carried out. He dreams of returning to his homeland, to see what had become of it over the centuries he was gone...
