Lego Grand Theft Auto?

Don't worry they're not making an actual Grand Theft Auto game using legos, but this video of the impending Lego Batman 2 is VERY reminiscent of a GTA game, (2:20-3:36). And like GTA, Lego Batman 2 is open world as well.
