nagato preta path absorbs nearly all of sasuke's attack leaving him with only his kenjutsu to attack sasuke isnt above nagato.

Nagato can't absorb genjutsu and susano'o. Also, Sasuke is the best kenjutsu user in the NV, excluding killer bee. He can fuse raiton in his blade, too. Nagato can't do anything against susano'o. And genjutsu stomps him U_U
